Vodafone - S&T - Systems Operations Lead This project is for to standardize the complete configuration of the Post-paid Billing System and all the surrounding Application which get effect due to the BSCS Billing System, This is to make the complete configuration same in the complete 23 circles in INDIA, so the national plan can be rollout in all over India in once. Necessary changes in the BSCS Billing system and in Bill presentation as per the business deal for Vodafone is also taken care.
Contribution
- Changes in the current system configuration as per the new Business requirement.
- Changes in the Bill Format as per the new business requirement.
- Application monitoring to enhance the current functionality.
- Analysis & Implementation of the new changes in live environment.
- Reconciliation of the complete data to avoid any discrepancy in current billing system.
- Modified the existing rating interval packages for the existing rate plans with the respective zones.
