Fall Out Mangement ~ Number Portability - Syniverse Technologies Syniverse Clearing Solutions is the leading provider of International Roaming, Number Portability and Network management services. This is a maintenance project, based on an Onsite-Offshore model. Project is being carried out at the Satyam Computer Services Limited development center (Offshore) at Hyderabad. Major activities involved in this project are bug fixing, testing and enhancement, application support, defining and capturing Quality related metrics.
The product deals with all aspects of customer management and billing application for Wireless Operators. The main modules of the project are CrossRoads, FraudX, NRTRDE, Port Flow Manager, Roaming Partner Analysis, Canadian Industry Interface, Fall-Out Manager, and Wireless Local Number Portability
As a Lead Responsible for
- Handling FOM (Fall-Out Manager) Application.
- Porting Operations to be checked by ACQ (All Call Query).
- Design a solution for the numbers that were not ported.
- Managing Database for the entries in regular basis.
- Design and developing the enhancements based on the requirements proposed by Telecordia.
- Testing on new implementation done for the feasibility of application.
- Exporting and Importing of Dumps from Database to Client interfaces.
